The final Hilly TT of the year saw Matt Nicholls come within a whisker of beating the 50 minute barrier winning in a time of 50 minutes dead, more than four minutes ahead of nearest rival Rob Burns (Jnr) who in turn beat his Dad into third place by over a minute. With a lead of over 100 points Matt has an unassailable lead at the head of the time trial league. It remains to be seen as to whether Paul Horton is going to defend his second place against an improving Andy Walters.

The racing returns to the A449 next week for the final 10's of the year.

Thanks to Alison Cooper for all her efforts in running the Hilly series this year, without her the riders wouldn't have had the pleasure of competing on this course!
